3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan.
In large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. In separate large bowl, combine buttermilk, butter, honey, and eggs. Stir wet into dry until just moistened. Pour into pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
